About Me
Welcome! I'm Einat, an educational psychologist registered in both Israel and the UK. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents.
I view therapy as a collaborative process that fosters deeper self-understanding—whether for yourself or your child—unlocking pathways for growth and improved well-being. I believe each person is unique, and by exploring the different aspects of ourselves, we can facilitate meaningful change and discover the path that's right for each individual. I use an integrative approach, combining psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles, and mindfulness tools.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience working with a variety of challenges, from those that are part of normal development to difficulties related to transitions and changes. I also address issues such as ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural regulation, social difficulties, anxiety, and challenges stemming from complex family dynamics.
I completed my training in Israel and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a Master's degree in Clinical Child Psychology from Tel Aviv University. Alongside my academic training, I gained clinical experience at the Brull Ramat Chen Mental Health Center in Tel Aviv. I specialised in educational psychology at the Raanana Psychological Service, where I gained extensive experience working with children and adolescents of all ages through individual and group therapy, parent consultations, conducting psychological assessments, providing guidance to educational systems, and working within special education frameworks. I’m committed to ongoing professional learning and development.
I invite you to contact me with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
I offer sessions at my clinic in North London and online.
